Cypha Ixous (born Jolon Franklin) posses many talents but his greatest skill is the ability to make it all seem effortless. Even with the innate abilities to command a crowd or utilize words to unwrap a perplexing plot on top of radio ready rhythms, Cyph works to be even better. When Cyph looks back he wants to enjoy the view knowing he had nothing left to give. Even though Cyph grew up in a musical family the passion for music did not move him until he attended an urban leadership conference in Tampa, Florida in (2010). Seeing rap artists illuminating on 70-foot screens and feeling the energy of the room pulsating within him, Cyph was born. He returned to his hometown of Roselle, NJ and went to work.
